Is there parking at the salon?

There is lots of available parking in front of and down the roads surrounding the salon. Also Warrener Street Car Park is only a short walk away.

Do you take walk in?

Yes, we do accept walk-in appointments on styling, cuts and blow drys at the salon, although it is recommended that you book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Please note, skin tests are required 48 hours prior to colouring services and some treatments.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment there will be a 50% charge, also a no show will incur a 50% charge.

We understand that sometimes there are circumstances beyond your control please speak to you stylist if you need to cancel after the 48 hours time frame.

What is a skin test?

A skin test must be carried out at least 48 hours before your colouring service.

We apply a small amount of the colour in a discreet area and leave for 45 minutes. You must stay with us at the salon until the test is complete so we can be 100% sure you are safe to use the colour.

What happens if I have a reaction to a skin test at the salon?

We would need to remove the skin test immediately and you would not be able to have a colouring service. If the irritation continued, we would advise that you see a medical professional.

Is it ok to bring children with me for my appointment?

Whilst it is ok to bring children we would recommend not bringing them for long appointments and avoid bringing them for weekends appointment as we are busy and have limited space it is also your time to relax and get pampered !!!

Do I have to have a cut and blow or wash and blow dry after a colouring service?

We do prefer our clients to have their hair dried after the colour service so that we can check the results and be sure both client and stylist is happy with the outcome. We also want clients to leave the salon looking and feeling fabulous, which is often only after the hair has been blow dried. You can opt for the junior blast off for £10 so we can check the colour is correct.
